The Fiber Patch Panel is a small, low-cost way to split high-strand-count terminated fiber cable in a 19-inch rack. It’s made of long-lasting black powder-coated steel. The panel can accommodate up to 24 fiber adapters. SC and LC adapters are the two most common adapter types. The SC panel employs 24 SC Duplex adapters, which can accommodate up to 48 fiber strands. The LC panel employs 24 Quad LC adapters, which can accommodate up to 96 fiber cable strands. This compact high fiber count adapter panel is a useful tool when rack space is limited and rack splicing is not required.
