Challenges
• The customer’s intend to provide the most advanced IT and Electronic Security services based on the market
requirement that was not considered in the initial stage of the project.
. Cable pathway design (conduits) and connectivity was not adequate for the customer’s objective.
• There were challenges to implement conventional cabling solutions for multiple services (Data, Voice, Video & CCTV).
• Due to inadequate conduit size and its connectivity, there were challenges in laying multiple cables across the project.
• Customer had a concern to maintain artistic value of the project while choosing the design of Outdoor Distribution Frame (ODF).
• In order to fulfil this requirement, we designed & implemented the best communication pathway based on FTTH architecture to build a robust & future ready network throughout the project.
• Using Wide Area Network (WAN) on optical fiber as the best solution for high speed, high quality residential are networking, we replaced multiple telephonic, internet, CCTV and cable TV lines.
• We designed a network with Fiber to The Home (FTTH) which provided triple play (High-speed Data, Voice & Video) services to individual villas, CCTV Surveillance from common area to communication room through a single fiber optic cable.
How long did it take to get up and running?
 • We took 90 days to design, implement and test the network at each villa.
Did that meet your expectations?
 • Yes, we delivered the solution by providing multiple services (Internet, Telephony & DTH TV Channels) to individual customers in the project.
In what ways does that enhance your competitive advantage?
• We reduced the cost upto 40% by integrating all services (Multi-DTH (MDTH)/MSDD, High-Speed Data with 3 ISPS’ & Intercom along with CCTV surveillance for the entire project) into a single network.
• Using Unisol’s customized products, we were able to deliver the solution which reduced the cost & also maintained the artistic value of the project.
• We connected 32 IP CCTV Cameras across the project & made a provision for 62 cameras for future expansion without altering cabling Infrastructure.
• Delivered High-Speed Data/Telephony & Digital TV Channels through a FTTH (single fiber optic cable) for 215 Villas, Club house & made a provision to extend up to 650 Villas.
• The customized Outdoor Cabinets (ODFS) and CCTV Pole/Brackets designed & manufactured by Unisol complements the project theme.
Future Plan for JRC:
• Future Plan is to expand the project to 650 Villas with advanced IT Infra & electronic Surveillance with Video Door Phone (VDP), Home Automation to the entire project.
• Made a provision to deliver a bandwidth of 2.5Gbps to individual Villas along with Intercom/External Telephone Services.
• This network can provide TV Channels from multiple services such as TATA PLAY/AIRTEL/VIDEOCON etc., from the Central Server Room without having individual Dish antennas on Terrace using MDTH solution.
• JRC Palladio is an exclusive collection of Greco-Roman Villas based on the designs and principles of legendary Italian architect Andrea Palladio located near Sarjapur, Bangalore.
• These 3/4 Bedroom Classical Villas feature an open-to-sky courtyard, deck, double-height space living as well as a multi purpose hall with much detail given to the concept of a holiday home within your house.
